Welcome to Boros (Open)

It was imperative that he make a good impression. He had been gone for so many years, he didn't want any mishaps. The training grounds had been obscured with clouds, so it was difficult to see the sun. But its presence warmed the grounds, as Seid walked up the incline. He was adorned in armor and his ANBU outfit. He was planning a trip. A trip he had not thought possible, but his own grip of his powers has opened new doors.

But where he planned to go, was also quite dangerous. There was a reason he left his homeworld. The great world of Boros. Though he had many great memories there, it also came with many bad ones. But he wa much stronger now, anyone that stood to oppose him would meet certain death. For now, he was there to visit. He waited patiently for a couple of guests he wanted to bring.

The mountain of paperwork that had been waiting for Ryuko at the office had been tough even for her with years worth of administration experience under her belt to tackle. With Nariko out of town there were a lot of things that simply hadn’t been looked at.

The priestess had been so busy enacting reforms to help correct the Village’s tight financial situation it’d found itself in that she’d had little time to catch up on the full situation of what exactly she’d missed in the last couple of years while she’d been asleep. Just for example she had no idea the village had long since discovered Shiori’s real name was still sticking with the old code word they’d used for the society leader.

Today however she’d found some time to catch her breath and was using it to follow up with a former student of hers. She hadn’t taught Seid for very long at all but apparently for what she’d read from pulling his file and skimming it he’d come a long way. To think he was a Jounin now just like her and a good one at that… maybe some of what she’d been trying to tell him after catching him trying to sneak out of the village had sunk in after all.

She’d heard from the Twins that he was going away some place, though the details as per usual for them were vague. The important thing was that she wanted to at least see him off and wish him well on his journey. She had absolutely no intentions of going with him however. Right now she was practically running the village and couldn’t risk being away from duty for more than short periods at a time.

Reaching the training grounds she stopped and stared at Seid for a long moment. Out-worldly she had a placid expression on her face but inwardly she was shocked at how much he’d changed in what felt like practically overnight to her. Meanwhile she looked much the same as she ever did on the outside, barely realizing just how much she’d transformed beneath the surface.

“Seid is that really you?” she asked just for confirmation she had the right person. She hadn’t read about him having any siblings but that was just how much the difference was that she wouldn’t be surprised if she was speaking to an older brother instead of the man she had been looking for.

The twins would make their way toward the area Seid had invited them too, he told them he wanted to take them to his homeworld. This was both exciting and scary but they were not scared, the excitement of visiting a place no others on Earth had was beyond exciting. When they made it there they were shocked to see Ryuko also there. They guessed this was one of the guests he had invited to go with them, either way, they happily rushed toward Ryuko attempting to give her a big hug. It was clear the pair really did enjoy her company and were thrilled she was around and not in a coma anymore.

"Hello Seid and Ryuko we are glad to see you both again, we cannot be more excited to visit a place. No one besides Seid has seen it here in this world so we will be the first explorers to this new world."

They would have very excited looks on their faces, this was something they could learn from, maybe even train intensely on this new world. Who knew how it would affect them and their tailed beast, being in another world could even strengthen those powers.

Ryuko gave a wan as the twins ran up to her looking for a hug.  Opening her arms wide, she allowed them to embrace her and then gave them each a pat on the head.  They weren’t even gone yet but she was already beginning to miss them. Who knew how long they would be gone and when they would return.   If something went sideways in this other dimension she wouldn’t be able to come running to help them.

“I’m sorry but I won’t be going with you.  Somebody has to stay behind and keep the lights on while Nariko’s out of town.” said the priestess apologetically as she gave them a quick bow of her head. “I should have some new armor ready for you by the time you get back so be sure to stay safe.”  

It seemed for whatever reason Sied didn’t want to talk to her at the moment so she wasn’t about to overstay her welcome.    Giving him and the Twins a wave goodbye she made her way off the training fields.  It was time to get her crafting game on.  If only she’d know the twins would be leaving sooner she could have had the armor for them ready to go before they left on the trip.

Sister Washi blinked in surprise when she spotted the twins at the training ground. She hadn’t expected them to still be here. Well at least it saved her the trouble of having to hall the package she was supposed to give them all the way to the tower they lived at.

“Special delivery to a Mr and Miss Chinoike curiosity of Ryuko-sama!” exclaimed the tracking specialist as she set down a pair of Knight Cuirass before the twins for them to try on. In short they were a pair of breast plates and back plates, one for each twin. They would fit surprisingly comfortably though how Ryuko had managed to get their measurements was a question for the ages.

“Well I’ll be seeing you.” said Washi with a wave. Her task complete she quickly made her way back to her master's side.

Much to the twins surprise, Ryuko had come back and suddenly they now had armor as she gave the twins the breastplates they would both smile and hug Ryuko. She was always so kind and caring and they were so glad she wasn't in a coma anymore, it would be sad if she ever entered one again. After she hurried off the pair would head home to try on this new armor, maybe the next time someone tried to explode them, they would fail, at least they had some protection now.
