For the house, you do have comfortable lifestyle due to the reasons you mentioned, but the rooms within a house do not automatically come with the house. The "+3 rooms" is referring to how many slots for rooms are in the house. The first room is free, which can be any you pick, but past that rooms cost 10,000 each. Old ryo doesn't transfer, however since you are a new character who just joined Konoha, Ashi does receive 20,000 ryo, which would allow him to buy those other two rooms. If you want to do this please just confirm and it'll be approved.

Okay, I'll do that, then. Also, please clarify how that works on the Living Expenses page for future users. And does that mean the house has a total of 4 slots (three of which are currently occupied)? If so, please clarify that too.
