Non-Elemental Ninjutsu is something that the Ezume family has mastered to the point that they merely need to mold the chakra and will it into existence, refined to the point that they no longer need hand-seals of any sort.
Appearance:
Kagura stands at 5’ 8”, which is a little taller than average without being an Amazon, and holds herself with confidence and pride. Starting from the top, a full head of light brown hair crowns her head, her bangs often braided to permanently be tucked behind her ears, and it is straight and long, nearly reaching her knees, and very well cared for despite her occupation. Her light brown hair matches her eyes, and her nigh flawless skin is barely sun-kissed. Her expressions, by default, are all work and no play, but once you get to know her, the expressions vary far more close to a normal girl her age. Weighing in at 150 pounds, this is a mostly athletic muscled woman who has enough curves to give a mountain trail a run for its money. She generally wears white clothing and armor but is certainly not picky.
History:
Kagura is the only child of a pair of Shinobi who has served the Konoha Village for generations. Her parents, Inuyasha and Cho, were skilled but retired Jounin who had served faithfully, but due to injuries, they could no longer perform missions. Inuyasha, a large man who served as a front-line Paladin, was very militaristic in mind and personality, and it is reflected greatly in his daughter. Cho was a speedster that used her abilities to spy on the enemy before retirement and has always sought to provide for her family in any way she could. She was largely responsible for Kagura’s formal education and was exceptionally skilled at teaching.
Kagura grew up, knowing from the time she could walk and hold a stick, that she was going to serve as her parents did in the Konoha ranks. She learned as much as she could from both of them, honing the skills they could teach and absorbing the knowledge they passed on like a sponge, showing early on that she had the drive to achieve great things. Mastering Paladin’s Will before she had even gotten to the Academy, she had a massive advantage on the other students as she excelled in every category. She wasn’t on the level of any of the bloodline users when they went full bore with their bloodlines, but she gave them a run for their money, and even overtook them with sheer willpower and drive to excel.
Upon graduating from the Academy at seventeen, as she had been held back from joining by her parents, she began to work towards finding her own place. The sense of independence instilled in her demanded that she work to make her life her own, and that meant the whole nine yards. And that was perfectly fine with her. She wanted to make it her own. With her pair of suitcases fully packed, she wandered towards the training grounds to clear her mind and think about her next move.

Kagura is heavily influenced by her parents in this regard. She leans towards Lawful Good in most cases but also understands necessary evil. Militaristic can also be an easy way to describe her, bound by a sense of honor and duty, driven to excel and succeed, and respectful almost to a fault. Underneath all of that though, she is relatively normal. Has normal wants and needs, likes to be social, is relatively friendly, and is intelligent and actively tries to do the right thing.
