Description: A Construction team was employed by the Daimyou to begin construction of a town within the Hiyoto Province however a week into the job he lost contact with the team, he is now requesting an investigation into what happened.

Requirements: B-Rank or Higher.
Masaru report would arrive at the office of the Daimyou in the early morning, the Daimyou steward would read the message before giving the Daimyou the details of which it entailed. "Let's see, according to his findings the entire construction team was found dead upon his arrival. His Investigation lead him to a small group of rogue Shinobi that had been passing through the area, he is unsure how many are in this group as eye witnesses cannot be found. However evidence of ninjutsu at the scene is apparent, his full report gives more details, however let us just say that the construction team was completely mauled beyond recognition. It is advised that we cremate the bodies rather than let the families see the condition they are in, it is better that they are remembered as they were rather then as they are now." The Daimyou would shoot a look at the steward, "His words," the steward replied before he cleared his throat and continued to read the report. "The entire endeavor has been a failure, the construction equipment is all destroyed and the area smells of death. Advised to seek other land for development, cost here too large for clean up and replacement. The report ends there, what do you want to do?" The Daimyou looked at the steward with a dumbfounded look upon his face as if he could not believe the question, "what do you mean, he did his job. He Investigated the situation, send him his money." The Daimyou answered as he left the room.
