Description: A Typically item in a shinobi's arsenal, a small piece of paper with a seal formula written upon it capable of causing a 5 meter Explosion. On it's own it is just paper the explosive capabilities left dormant, however there are two ways the explosive can be activated, both costing no chakra:

1.) Igniting the tag with chakra or heat. This results in a slow burn and a four second delay allowing the user to benefit from the delay by throwing them greater distances, how far dependent on the user's method.

2.) Detonating the tag remotely using chakra. To do this, the user must make direct contact with the explosive tag to apply their chakra to the tag. This allows them to detonate the explosive tag remotely with the Snake hand seal. The range on this method is only twenty meters from the user.

Note: rooms/buildings  that say they Operate as a "whatever" is just in terms of relation since the normal building/rooms don't have a Civilian counterpart I am attempting to hash some out. They would count as having the related building/room in terms of NPC usage, but provide the civilian corporation with it's own functions since they have different needs than a straight military function.

Each Center increases the income of the single designated resource site by 50% of its base income (so a 100k ryo income will become 150k ryo income with a Center devoted to it, and if it's base was 300k ryo it becomes 450k ryo). There's a cap of 1 per Resource, can only effect Crops, Wood, Livestock. Cannot be used with other modifiers that effect the same Resource.
