Description: A local shop owner of a small general store has to head out on business, to watch the store and keep it open they are looking to hire someone. Take up the mantle and head on over to the store located in the main street, you can't miss it as it has bright pink windows. The owner will give you a quick rundown before leaving saying he will be back in three hours. Serve any customer who comes through the door with a smile.

Ashitaka had just enough time for lunch between his previous mission and this one. Luckily, he had seen the distinctive store a few times while he was shopping for the old lady. Unfortunately, he needed a stool to reach the register and a ladder to reach any item more than 5 feet off the ground. Which was about half of them. Still, the store owner was a pretty cool guy and one of the few adults who didn't think of Ashi's age as an opportunity to try to grift him, so the kid had no problem helping out.
The job was fairly easy overall, but a few choice encounters instilled in him a lasting sympathy for anyone whose talents (or lack thereof) got them stuck working in customer service for any considerable length of time. The whole day's episode really put his acting skills to the test as it demanded unassailable friendliness while making him increasingly bitter. At least the store owner told him that he'd done a good job at the end of the day, plus he was going to get paid for his time, so he more or less happily accepted the old man's stamp on his mission card and scampered off to go turn it in.
