All you need to do is make a reply to this post on the account for the character that the claim is for, along with the FC Name, Series Name and Account/IC Character Name. Once you've done that we will update the list. Any face claims on this list are limited to the players that claimed them. If you want to use a face on this list, you'll need to get the player that claimed it to post here that you are allowed to use that face. Once a character dies or is otherwise removed from the site the Face Claim will become free of use until somebody else claims it.
Staff will regularly update the list, so there is no need to link your face claim request in staff requests. Once your face claim has been added to the list for your character, your post will be deleted.
Alternatively, if your character isn't complete yet and you'd like to reserve a face claim, you can do so in this thread. It will be reserved for up to one week, but any longer, and the face claim will be free, thus anyone else can claim or reserve it in this thread if they wish to.
*Note: You may claim up to two faceclaims per character, i.e. one that you use at the start of your character's journey, another for their future FC as they age.
This is the format you would reply with:
Faceclaim Name - Name of Series - Name of Character/Account
