- Appearance:
Luna in most instances wears her casual outfit around the village. Her armor and additional gear is often burdensome to wear every day comfortably without exerting herself. Her casual outfit consists of a pair of long black boots with silver embroidery around the cuff. On both legs she wears a set of ornate stockings, a valued possession owned by Luna and known for their expert craftsmanship. The stockings work as an excuse her Luna to wear a pair of short black shorts without being too revealing, the shorts providing comfort and freedom which is perfect for the Konoha climate. Around her right thigh she has a few wraps of white bandage to work as a layer of protection for the blue holster she has strapped to her leg. Around her waist she wears a black utility belt which carried the bulk of her gear. On the right side of her belt she carried two blue holsters which are fastened by a simple metallic button. Around her back side she suspends a beige hip pouch filled with a variety of ninja tools.
On her torso Luna wears a basic black corset top which leaves part of her lower abdomen exposed, something Luna prefers purely out of comfort and flexibility when it comes to her casual outfit. Lastly she wears a black cloak to complement her outfit and makes up for any lack of decency comments she may receive. Luna overall stands at a respectable 5'7 and weighs in at a total of 130 lbs. Her skins is very fair in complexion showing her preference for indoors than training out in the sun or spending too much time outside in general without proper skincare. Her eyes and hair share the same shade of prussian blue, which both occur naturally by her genetics. Lastly Luna wears her forehead protector around her neck much like a collar with the steel plate facing forward as it shows her affiliation with the Konoha military proudly when she is not in uniform.
Luna found herself with another assignment, however this one was something she could handle as it was a fairly common practice in the leaf village. Every month, or most often when it's right before being assigned a greater mission, Jounin would often get tasked with a training exercise between each other. It was to assure they were still in peak condition and qualified for the their duties. There was always a bit of excitement for Luna when it was time for her monthly exercise— beyond her standard routine —in hopes she would one day be thrown a curveball and would actually be activated for a task other than raising the next batch of Genin. Of course, the excitement enticed her more than the reality of being put in a mission. The fact was that Luna had grown quite comfortable with her life as a professional instructor than a field Jounin. Her skills were too valuable to lose in combat, therefore she often wasn't given risky assignments.
She moved at a walking pace through the village streets and eventually outside of the residential district where she found herself on a lone dirt road leading to Konoha's training fields. It wasn't often she encountered many civilians on this path, but the day was fair and the sky a clear blue. She had the privilege of walking past a group of joggers or a bicyclist, in which Luna would simply smile and nod while keeping her forward momentum.
Eventually the Jounin was just outside the entrance of training ground thirty-five, a more advanced training field compared to others. But all that really meant was a less maintained field and a much more remote area giving liberties for high-ranking Ninjutsu. This was popularly used by Chuunin and Jounin whose technique caused widespread damage, but although it was more forgiving, there were still limits in place. A maximum amount of devastation set at an area of five-hundred meters, something she didn't plan to even get close to destroying given the practical nature of the spar. Jounin did practice with Ninjutsu against each other and used ninja tools, but Jounin were also built different by having years of experience under their belt. Cuts and deep stabs were expected to be treated during the spar, and heavy damage dealt by Ninjutsu or Taijutsu tolerated until their threshold was met.
For such occasion, Luna came prepared with all of her gear. Fortunately for her, Luna's every day carry was an effective setup of tools, explosives, distractions, and simple medical supplies. They would get the job done. The dirt path dilapidated once entering the chain-linked fence as it was obvious appearances were not an upmost priority beyond that point. Although the path was sparse it was still manageable to find one's way to their training field. Eventually, Luna found her spot. A wide, fifty meter clearing in the thick of the woods granting plenty of natural light, and even had a fairly medium-sized river running through the setting, a few meters deep and several wide. It was an excellent source of natural spring water for Water Release Ninjutsu.
She was the first one she figured, so getting comfortable was her priority. Luna would nestle herself at the center not too far from the stream, finding comfort in the tall grass. Fortunately her outfit minimized direct contact with the blades of grass giving a not-so-itchy experience. Crossing her legs she used her arms to support herself as she reclined back and stared miserably at the sky. The sun wasn't nearly warm enough to enjoy, but she imagined she would think differently after she was done sweating.
