Unique Abilities:
One-handed Seals: Pretty straightforward. A player may weave hand seals with only one hand. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals.
Chakra Recovery: By channeling chakra through his coils in a specific manner Calis is able to jump start his chakra pools and restore 25% of his total chakra pool. This can only be done once per topic and in doing so he takes double the exhaustion penalty. If he’s at base A tier stamina he will simply suffer the normal exhaustion penalty.
Appearance: Calis stands at 6’0 and weighs in at about 180 lbs. He has pale skin, gray eyes, and long black hair. He tends to keep his hair up with intricate white headpieces called Kenseikan. His hair is long enough to fall to his upper back and the kenseikan cause some to jut out in front of his face as seen in the picture above. Calis wears a black shihakusho with a white haori. Upon his shoulders rests a white scarf that trails back. Upon his feet, are simple black combat boots that allow him to function normally as a shinobi. Calis walks tall, and proudly, almost with a regal posture.
History: Calis was born as the only child to the Kazehana Clan leader and as such wanted for absolutely nothing as the prince of an empire. Even one that was in the process of crumbling such as that of the Kazehana one. He was trained with the best tutors, and while he was not a physical strong boy the clan seldom cared about such things. Caring much more about the chakra reserves and how well they could control their body. Calis' reserves acceptable, as well was personal body control and over the years he would train hard to continue to progress both to be capable of performing the clans jutsu at the highest of possible levels.
Of course during the following years he practiced in his clan's jutsu and progressed in them to the point of being a respectable member of the clan in terms of power. He was able to use some of the techniques at a surprisingly early phase of his shinobi life and that gave rise to rumor about his potential power down the line if things were able to continue as they were. The next few years the man would train and fight in the desert sands against enemy shinobi, bandits, and other such riff raff. Due to the lack of any structure beyond the crumbling empire it fell to his shoulders to try to hold things together. Which of course as being one man, he failed to do. The rot within the empire had grown too deep, and the sheer weight of it began to fall in upon itself. Others wanted to disband the empire, and form a village instead as the structure of the country.
Calis agreed with that sentiment, although his personal opinion wasn't asked or required. He wasn't a true leader of the clan at that moment. Slowly the transition began and things within the country began to wind down. The Kazehana Clan stepped down as the nations ruling family and split it's power with that of the Fujio and Hayami. Given that they were the other two largest clans within the nation with the most respectable power bases. As such the three clans became the major clans of Sunagakure. Village hierarchy was established, everyone given ranks. Calis himself was made a genin, not due to his lack of power, but due to his lack of leadership skills in the field. Of course life has all sorts of twists and turns and shortly after this occurred, Calis' father, the clan head of the Kazehana Clan, died of illness. Now the Clan looks to Calis to see if he'll claim the seat and take the position as he tries to learn how to become a leader of men.
Personality: Calis is a determined and kind man although he comes off as quite stoic to most. He's very much of the opinion of 'doing it yourself mean's it's done right'. Which is where his own personal leadership problems come into play. Calis has difficulty relinquishing control of a given situation. Feeling that he needs to take care of things himself so that it comes out in the best possible manner. He is however polite, confident, and almost eager for action in most situations. Indeed Calis' patience has never been the greatest and he has been working on that since his early teens and has yet to make much progress. It is however something he continues to work on to this day in an effort to improve himself to the best of his capability.
