Shizuku was once again brought to the land of the living, her eyes shut but her mind trying to register where she was, the mattress under her familiar and the thin blanket over her indicating she was in her bed. The voice was also familiar, and after a few seconds it registered that it was her roommate Ramaru.
She'd try to give a response, not wanting to open her eyes yet as she activated her sensory. "Hmmmh." It was an okay response, average at best, but it seemed to work as she heard him shuffle about. "Good morning Miss Duat, breakfast will be ready in fifteen minutes." His soft voice was welcome, and her still-tired mind wished that he'd join her in bed so she could fall back asleep, but logically she knew he wouldn't, as she would do the same for him.
"Mmrgph." Slowly opening her eyes she'd begin to sit up, the sheets falling and leaving nothing to the imagination nor caring as it was only Ramaru in the room. It was one of the many things they could trust each other with. Unfazed, he's just turn around and make his way out of her room, calling back as he did so. "Oh, and please remember to put on clothes before you come down, We have guests coming over early today." Right, guests. It was probably one of his consulting job clients.
Getting out of bed she'd make her way to the shower room and quickly rinse herself awake, the water a much needed wake up. She'd then dry off and put on a hoodie and sweats, the cold morning air giving her a good excuse to properly dress after breakfast. Then, she'd make her way out and down the stairs where she saw Ramaru finishing up what smelled to be curry scramble in an apron she bought him for his birthday last year. Looking to the weekly calendar hanging on the wall she checked to see who would be coming over today.
