History: Masaru was born in the year 912 A.S. in the Land of Stone to Ryuoh Tatsuda and Rei Tetsudashi, who combined their family names for his in hope of a long lasting peace between their clans and their newly founded village. He grew up listening to his two families stories of the war with the Kazehana, and everything that it took to establish the peace they had been able to enjoy within the land of Stone over the past forty years. At the age of 6 he was enrolled to be taught within the stone academy and officially joined the ranks of the Shinobi of the Stone as a genin when he was thirteen. It only took Masaru 3 years to reach the rank of Chuunin of the Stone, and then two years after that reached the level of Jounin. Masaru dreamed of glory for the Land of Stone, however it was not meant to be as the Tsuchikage disappeared in 930 shortly after he was promoted to Jounin, this would lead to a power struggle between the factions of the Land of Stone resulting in the complete collapsed of the governing structure the village had built. Masaru's parents both killed during the collapsed as they tried to maintain the peace. With no family and no village Masaru soon found himself with nothing to fight for, resulting in him spending the last four years traveling around the different countries of the world. It was early in this journey that the man discovered the young girl named Amaya, not more than eight years of age at the time and her parents gone the man took it upon himself to care for the girl and she has remained by his side ever since.
Personality: Masaru is a solitary individual who is often view as apathetic to others, however this is mostly a facade to keep others out of his personal life, those that make it past his initial cold exterior find warmth in his company. Masaru believes that there is an order to the natural world and as such possesses a strong sense of duty in enforcing such, often taking it upon himself to make individuals answer for their actions. Masaru was a bit of a hot head when he was young often losing his temper when confronted with things he finds to be annoying, however he has gone through great strain in order to control his outbursts over the years and has developed into a calm and serene individual. Though his pet peeves still annoy him, he has found other ways of dealing with them rather than blind rage, although in the recent years he has become very protective of Amaya and will do whatever he seems necessary to protect her.
