Deaths have occurred and the entire situation is a political and diplomatic nightmare waiting to blow. Diffuse the situation, either by words or by fire.

Description: There is turmoil with the land of Fire, Bandits have used this opportunity to attempt a take over of the land of Fire. Setting up camp within the ruins of the Uchiha Castle/Scarlet Kingdom and operating in secret to cut off supply routes to Konoha. Several civilian prisoners are held within the camp to serve as leverage if they were to be discovered, a small strike team needs to infiltrate and eliminate the bandits without drawing attention or civilians could be killed.
