Description: The user puts their hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of five ferocious sharks that are controlled equal to the user's coordination. The sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with each consecutive attack, another thing to note is that these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.
Weaknesses: The user must maintain his hand on the water surface in order to keep this jutsu running, meaning this technique is mostly ideal for when the target is underwater and can't receive help from an outside source.

Description: The seal consists of three tomoe (the design known as mitsudomoe), similar to the Sharingan, which when activated, the seal turns orange-red and spreads flame-like markings across the body. Like all cursed seals, the user receives increased chakra levels and physical capabilities when the seal is active, to the point where with the second level can match a Jinchuuriki transformation.


1st State form
The first form of the Curse Seal of Heaven makes an interesting site to see. When activated, the curse mark on his back fans out like flames to a fire. Spreading till it covers his body all the way to his face. Both of his eyes become completely black as well. Grants: ++

2nd State form
The second form to the Curse Seal of Heaven. Which further improves the body and causes the mutation to become perfect with the Nature Clan. His body begins to become completely red with streaks of bright silver. The scaled skin was armored as it would a dragon's scale. Kyoji's hair turns purple and shortens a few inches. His eyes become completely white with no iris. Wings sprout from his back covered in silver scales and black furred wings. A strong scaled tail emerges as well, all of a meter long. Talons extend from his fingers and his toes. Markings appear across his face surrounding two small silver horns form on his forehead. Within his teeth it is obvious that he now bears fangs long enough to see from his mouth.

Cursed Seal Nature Chakra Pool
This Cursed Seal passively gathers 5 points of Nature Chakra every post that it is not in use. This can accumulate quickly and, unlike the abilities that it is based on, does not determine its limit by using the recipient's natural Stamina. Instead, it is set at a constant 185 points, the equivalent to B-Tier Stamina.

Cursed Seal Upkeep
1st state mode drains 10 points from that pool per post that it is in use. While the 2nd state mode drains 20 points per post. Partial Transformations, which apply the full boost to only specific areas, drains 10 points per post that they are used.

Senjutsu Technique Enhancement
While as in the 2nd state mode, he can exert more potent Senjutsu chakra from the seal and use it to enhance his techniques. Improving the power of affected jutsu by one rank while paying half the cost with their Senjutsu pool the other with his chakra
