Description: The Deva Path grants the ability to manipulate attractive and repulsive forces through three sub-techniques:
Shinra Tensei: The force of repulsion; the user can exert a field that pushes away all matter with a force of A-Tier power and scale that varies by the amount of chakra put into it. The scale starts at half a meter with C and increases to 3m with B, 10m with A, and 25m with S. This technique has a one round cooldown after use, which increases to 2 and 3 rounds at the A and S Rank levels, respectively. A special S-Tier force can be exerted over 500m at the cost of 50 Stamina points. The cooldown for this level is 5 rounds. In all uses, the user is the center and the field extends with the indicated radius for each level.
Banshō Ten'in: The force of attraction; the user exerts a pulling field which can force any number of targets within range to fly to the user's position, preventing the targets from moving their body, which leaves only abilities and techniques which require no movement for activation and use. This technique has the same power and range scaling as Shinra Tensei, as well as the cooldown, but does not have a special S-Tier variant.
Chibaku Tensei: By clapping his hands, the user can create a black sphere to act as a center of gravity which, when activated, pulls all matter within a 500m radius into it with A-Tier force to form a satellite with a radius of up to 50m. The black sphere can be launched up to a kilometer from the user and travels with B-Tier Speed. Since it's generally an upward pull, it can be difficult to resist, even with greater power. At any point, the user can move the created satellite, but it can only move as fast as the black sphere, so most will find more use in simply dropping it like a meteor. Other than resisting the pull, this technique can be foiled by destroying the Sphere with an S-Rank (or 2+ A-Rank) attack(s). This technique costs 25 points to use and has a five post cooldown.
Weaknesses: Though separate techniques, they all share the same cooldown; Banshō Ten'in can't be used after Shinra Tensei until the latter's cooldown ends.

Description: By embedding black receivers into corpses, the user can remotely manipulate up to six bodies. Through the use of this technique, Rin'negan powers possessed by the user are transmitted into the corpses and a duplicate Rin'negan is created in each of them, linking their vision with each other and the user. The user can use any technique through the corpses, though only one Rin'negan power each.
The stats for these corpses are determined by the power of the user. Strength, Speed, and Coordination are set at two tiers lower than user's base stamina. Constitution follows the same rule, but the corpses obviously cannot feel pain. Stamina, Intelligence, and Perception are directly linked to the user.
To unlock/learn this technique, the user must spend 250 Experience Points.
Note: When using the extended range of the parent technique via embedding receivers into oneself, an additional tier is deducted from Strength, Coordination, and Constitution in that order -one stat for every two bodies. This means controlling six bodies will take a tier from Strength, Speed, Constitution, and Coordination, while two bodies would only deduct from Strength and Speed.
For a body to be used with this techique the corpse must be either from a player character, a unqiue npc or a registered npc, not a Generic Npc
Weaknesses: The user must remain focused while controlling the corpses. Distractions can cause the control to slip, leaving the corpses immobile and vulnerable. While this ability can be used on living bodies, they are able to combat the user's control if their base Stamina exceeds the user's Stamina; this gets more difficult at greater distances, which is represented by the user's Stamina decreasing by a tier for the sole purpose of this comparison every 500m and increasing by a tier when within 25m. Rin'negan Powers and techniques can only be used through non-living bodies, unless the body already knows the technique

Description: Black Lightning refers to a special formulation of the Lightning Release element that is significantly more powerful than the element's standard manifestation. The ability to use Black Lightning is granted by a special seal that transfigures the user's Lightning into that of Black Lightning. Black Lightning is spawned from this seal and surrounds the user. The user is granted the ability of freeform manipulation over the Black Lightning to use for a variety of offensive and defensive maneuvers. Black Lightning moves at a speed and coordination at one tier below the user's coordination. Black Lightning is also unique in that it is significantly stronger than regular Lightning. Black Lightning is one rank stronger than all other elements that it comes into contact including advanced elements. The only exceptions to this are Earth Release as Black Lightning is two ranks stronger than Earth Release and Wind Release which rather than being one rank stronger is merely neutral against Black Lightning.

Description: The Hydra Dragon blast is an immense and powerful attack. This is a combination attack, utilized by the Six Path of Pain. All of them perform the necessary handsigns, then they exert the black lightning chakra in large amounts. It swarms into the air above them and in front of them into a large and intimidating dragon. The size of the constructs compare to 20m long beasts. A total of 7 dragons can be formed, combined from each of the Pains and Seid himself should he choose too. They can combine all those attacks into one enormous multi-headed black lightning dragon. When it makes contact with the target, it unleashes destruction unheard of. The combined impact from all 7 alone is enough to incinerate anyone even with X-rank constitution. The explosion caused by this attack is large enough to create a massive crater, spreading out 50m from all the dragon detonations. A single detonation can cause a 10m explosion from one of the attacks.

To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of the their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice, because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly.
It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. And the more one trains this technique the more they reach a state where they stand on water without even noticing it or basically even trying.
It doesn't have to just be at the feet. A user under water can focus chakra on their hands or any other body part that makes contact with the surface of the water. If they were submerged, they can climb atop the water as if they were climbing out of a pool.
Weaknesses: Even Genin can sometimes have trouble with this technique, due to the constantly shifting nature of water, and as such may misjudge the flow of their chakra and fall into the water. This technique is automatically known by all characters.

It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. And the more one trains this technique the more they reach a state where they stand on water without even noticing it or basically even trying.
It doesn't have to just be at the feet. A user under water can focus chakra on their hands or any other body part that makes contact with the surface of the water. If they were submerged, they can climb atop the water as if they were climbing out of a pool.
Weaknesses: Even Genin can sometimes have trouble with this technique, due to the constantly shifting nature of water, and as such may misjudge the flow of their chakra and fall into the water. This technique is automatically known by all characters.

Seid has become well versed in the teachings of his clan. And as such as become very proficient in its use. He can use Otsu clan techniques at 1 rank lower in cost. At the same time Katon techniques would become 1 rank higher in cost.
Iron Will: A player may temporarily trade a stat in response to something in the environment, or that can be triggered manually. To do this the player must also debuff a stat for equal value (if you're going to raise a ++ you need to debuff a stat ++.) This debuffed stat must also be relevant to what the player is receiving the debuff for. This cannot be used to reach S-tier stats. [Stamina is buffed by 1 tier. Intelligence is debuffed 1 tier] Can be toggled on and off.
Otsutsuki Grand Mastery: Such is the proficiency acquired by Seid, he has taken his mastery a step further. Seid may now use his clan techniques in 1 rank in power. However any Fuuton techs will now cost 1 rank more.
