Setting up camp within the ruins of the Uchiha Castle/Scarlet Kingdom and operating in secret to cut off supply routes to Konoha. Several civilian prisoners are held within the camp to serve as leverage if they were to be discovered, a small strike team needs to infiltrate and eliminate the bandits without drawing attention or civilians could be killed.
