His build is lithe and agile despite their height, with a small amount of muscle and an intense flexibility that lets him contort his body any which way he desires. Weight around 112 lbs, Nikoban is light and moderately underweight for their size, although not to a severe or unhealthy degree. He has short flaxen hair, being a shade between brown and blonde, and often wears white and blue bows in his hair. Notably he had large cat ears that are easy to see on his head, being easily his most distinguishable features. The cat tail he possesses is similar, with all the function of a real cat’s tail.
With a tendency towards wearing women’s clothing, this can lead many to believe that Nikoban is a female, although this is something they’re quick to deny. If asked he would simply claim he had a tendency towards cuteness when he dresses himself, no matter what gender the clothing would be intended to be worn by.
History:
A “Degenerate Otsutsuki”, Nikoban never developed a Rinnegan. The extent of their dōjutsu prowess was the Byakugan, and due to the circumstances of his birth it was determined that their eyes would never progress into the Rinnegan as it should. These circumstances are the same reason that Nikoban has the cat ears and tail that they do, which was the twin birth of Nikoban and his sister, Ikomiki. Unlike Nikoban, Ikomiki did develop a Rinnegan, becoming the vessel for the Animal Path. This warped the development of her body and infused it with the essence of the Animal Path, granting her ears and a tail similar to a cat, and these same biological defects became present in Nikoban. The biological relationship that Nikoban had with his sister resulted in a certain aura of the Animal Path influencing him, although not to the extent that it did to Ikomiki.
Ikomiki would end up being sent to Earth at a young age, and so would Nikoban. While Ikomiki would be sent into the wilderness surrounding Konoha, Nikoban would end up deposited within the village itself. The boy would quickly be discovered, and with his Byakugan they would be thought of as some lost and missing member of the Hyūga. They would be adopted as such, but Nikoban would always know their own history and origin. As they came of age they would isolate themselves from the Hyūga, to which they were never truly accepted into.
Personality:
A lecherous pervert at heart, Nikoban is more than happy to abuse the blessings of his dōjutsu for lewd voyeuristic purposes. Due to the success that he has had with the progression of his Byakugan there are little places in the village of Konogakure no Sato that are safe from his eyes, and the range of safety decreases every day. Despite the advantage that their eyes give in watching and their tendency towards lewdness, Koban has a tenderness towards approaching these situations due to their lack of experience, and is a bashful romantic.
Due to their long time spent in isolation they have a habit of talking to themselves, idly expressing their thoughts whenever they arise. This is primarily done as a way to comfort themselves due to loneliness, or just to create a voice in the air to give himself something to listen to. This can result in serious problems when in company though, as it’s a habit that Nikoban is sometimes not even aware of. Especially with their tendency towards lewd thoughts, this can result in very serious consequences. When things become dire in terms of their loneliness Nikoban has a habit of speaking to inanimate objects, and even giving them names and pretending they speak back if things progress too far. This is very dangerous and should be stopped before it progresses to an even worse stage.
Other than this Nikoban’s personality could be said to be somewhat similar to a domesticated house cat. Lazy, enjoys resting, likes to play silly and entertaining games, is easily distracted and amused, and enjoys the company of others even if it’s sometimes difficult to admit.
Beyond these attributes is a love of wealth, and other shiny things such as gold coins. He has a collection of these objects, in a similar way that a crow might keep a collection of shiny rocks and other trinkets.
Just like cats though, even domesticated cats, Nikoban has a suppressed sense of sadism that rarely comes to the surface. He enjoys playing with small creatures that are weaker than himself, such as mice, rats, and birds, which progresses into torture, killing, and eating in the same way that a house cat would.

Degenerate Otsutsuki: Nikoban, by mere virtue of his Otsutsuki heritage, has a significant advantage when it comes to the natural progression of his Byakugan. Even though he would be considered degenerate by Otsutsuki standards, this is closer to the source of the Byakugan than the many times descended Hyuga. As a result of this Nikoban begins with five hundred additional experience, which must be paid back immediately before any other experience can be gained.
Otsutsuki Traits I: Nikoban, as a result of his Otsutsuki heritage, is able to suspend his own breathing in a similar way that other members of the clan are. He can, by spending five chakra, remove his need to breathe entirely. This comes with the drawback of decreasing his stamina by a full tier, although this stamina returns to him when the ability is toggled off and he needs to breathe again.
Otsutsuki Traits II: Nikoban is capable of draining chakra from others as a natural consequence of his Otsutsuki bloodline. This UA allows him to app techniques that can drain chakra, although those techniques leave him more open to receiving damage from chakra as well.
Without using techniques, he can choose to drain 5 chakra from someone by making physical contact with them using his forearms or hands, although he has to consciously do so. This is able to be used through gloves and clothes, but does not extend to other tools or weapons.
Every time he makes contact, he can draw out chakra from a person (capped at 15 per person per post) or 15 chakra per person if he sustains contact the entire post. However, doing so opens Nikoban up to increased damage (+1 rank of damage) from tangible chakra techniques for the rest of the post round. This is all elemental jutsu, and all attacks with tangible chakra, such as Chakra Flow and other such techniques. The amount that this UA allows for non technique absorption in a thread is capped at half of Nikoban's base stamina cap, even if taken from multiple different people. This can not set her over his maximum pool of chakra either.
