The summoner must offer both blood and a memory. The blood can be simply obtained by biting their thumb, while the memory offer up must be thought of during the summoning.
Requirements:
One must sign the summoning scroll in their blood, and offer up an 'contract fee' in the form of 'the memories of what the summoner values most'. After 1 week the memories will be returned, but if that is revealed before or during the week, the memories will be lost forever.
Exclusives: As Eidolons are an idealized version of a person, living or dead, a contract holder can collect 'imprints' of people and summon Eidolons of the person, being able to learn any technique the imprinter knows regardless of requirements. As such the summoner can potentially have a wide range of possible summons, with many different techniques
Drawbacks: Imprinted Eidolon's skills & abilities are chosen by the Imprinter and not the Summoner. In addition, other then the non-imprinted Eidolons that the summoner can normally make, only 1 Imprint of a person can exist at a time. if an person tries to make a second Imprinted Eidolon, the 1st one becomes the new one instead. As such it's perfectly possible that the summoner can get an Otsutsuki to imprint, but not include any otsutsuki abilities on said Eidolon. Finally Imprinted Eidolons are a class lower then the character who imprinted. Also, while an Eidolon can be taught any technique, they themselves do not possess the bloodline/advanced element. (Restricteds are still a case by case basis as decided on by the mods)
