It was time to begin building her new engineering toys. The design had come from someone else of course, a man by the name of Okane Tomi, but the design had gotten out. Whether or not that was by design was of little concern to Azalea. What mattered to her was that she could make them, and she had the materials to do so. So she began to work, working the titanium down into a frame and affixing the pressurized gas canisters. Forming the controls and the firing mechanism, calibrating it, the list went on and on. The woman would be going through quite a few sleepless nights to get these done, but when she did she should be able to justify calling herself a master Engineer.
That was something she wanted to be able to call herself for a long time now. It was something she was excited for and she couldn't wait to begin doing more things with the capabilities. She'd probably dabble in crafting weapons next. Then armour, but all in all she was excited to begin working to make this village a much better place overall. She just didn't know what to do to improve it first. However she'd figure it out and start working on it soon enough.

Materials Used: 8 units of titanium, One battery, 2 Aluminium Pressurized Canister
Description: This is a belt strapped tightly to the waist and lower back of the user. On each hip is a launcher that launches using 1 unit of gas per side used and retracts using the battery. The wires launch at B rank speed and stick into whatever solid surface they hit. A range of 50 meters per wire. When the wire retracts it pulls the person attached to it at A rank speeds. Yanking them in the direction they aimed. After 20 uses per wire fired the aluminium pressurized canisters have to be switched out. Takes a full post to do so. The controls are designed like sword handles with triggers on the handles to control firing by pulling and retracting by releasing. Has a slot in each controller (One for each hand) that allows a weapon handle to be fixed into it. So the item can be used while wielding a one handed weapon. Requires C rank coordination and C rank perception to use. The titanium tether lines have A rank piercing power and release their grip with a double tap of the trigger.
