Description: A lunatic has escaped from the psychiatric ward of the hospital. He was put in from a mission after taking heavy psychological damage from genjutsu. He’s a trained shinobi and unlike most does not have anything holding him back. Generally he only attacks those who try to apprehend him, otherwise he just tends to run around and try to collect..wood. It’s morning, yes the innuendo is on purpose.

Requirements: C-Class or 2 D-Class.
A madman running around and showing himself to the public among other things was not something Masaru would normally concern himself about, however when the man decided to reveal himself in front of Amaya while him and his daughter were in the marketplace was something that Masaru would not stand for. Swinging a punch with his right hand to have the man dodge it, instantly the man returned Masaru's punch with a fireball shot straight at his midsection. With Amaya behind him Masaru knew dodging the attack was not an option and instinctively activated his Impervious Armor, unfortunately the proximity of the fireball was too close and his armor did not cover him in time causing Masaru to suffer minor burns to his arms and a portion of his face. the man would not stop there, shooting fireballs out in all directions. It was clear that the man had no regard for who was in harm's way, Masaru would yell for Amaya and the other civilians in the marketplace to get out of there while he dealt with the man. Masaru would create a earth dragon mixing it with his fire dragon to fire of burning earth projectiles at the man to get his attention, a few would strike the man but other than make him angrier did not seem to have any effect. It did get the man's focus on him, which is exactly what Masaru wanted. Slamming his fists to the ground the Rōnin would surround the lunatic within his earth dome prison, despite the man's effort in an attempt to escape Masaru was able to detain him until the anbu arrived and he was able to turn custody of the man over to them and receive some medical treatment for his burns. Once the anbu were in place Masaru would drop the prison allowing them to move in and apprehend the man, while the medic began work on his wounds.
