Mission Goal: Track the Serial Killer and kill him.
Description: A group of murders has the police baffled, track down the serial killer and either bring him into custody or eliminate him.

Requirements: C-Class or 2 D-Class
A serial murderer is on the rise within fire country, his body count is already at seven and if recent actions were any indication he had no plan of stopping there. The police have no leads, despite the fact that the killer left notes at each crime scene. It looked like gibberish at first, but the more Masaru stare at the different notes a pattern began to emerge. The notes were encrypted, it took time but Masaru finally figured out the cipher and was able to crack it. The messages were his way of challenging the authorities to catch him, each one held the name of his next target among other things. Masaru would quickly begin to decipher the message found with the last victim. Once that was done he would rush out the door of the evidence room, he did not call for the police to follow as he planned to deal with this man himself. Arriving at the address the note described his heart would drop as he realized he was too late, blood was everywhere the killers three victims torn and mutilated. There was a noise in the back of the house that Masaru knew had to be the killer, causing the man to take of into the house towards the sound determined to catch the man before he was able to kill again. "Well, well, well. Looks like someone was finally able to figure it out. Too bad you were too slow, you could of saved them if you were only a few minutes faster." Came a voice from the dark corner of the room as Masaru entered, the man would step out of the shadow and reveal himself to Masaru. The man stood nude, drenched in blood that Masaru could only assume was his victims with a wide smile upon his face. The look in the man's eyes made Masaru sick to his stomach, he was insane, he enjoyed what he did to them. Masaru would draw Devorakos without another thought, "it's time for you to die." Was all Masaru would say as he charged at the man, the man would instantly inhale a breath before releasing a wind bullet. Masaru would just barely dodge the bullet as he closed the gap and deliver a very well place slice across the killers midsection, disemboweling the man before he knew what happened. Masaru would sheath Devorakos as the man fell to the floor, he would flip the man's body over and carve the word murderer into his forehead before heading out to inform the police that the killer has been dealt with.
