Reports of weapons coming up missing from shipments have been brought to the attention of those in power, Masaru would be asked to track the men responsible down as every time one of the village officials got close something would happen and the evidence would disappear as well as the culprits. It was obvious that if the thieves were smart enough to know how to get around the gate guards, then they would be smart enough to know when the authorities were watching them. Still they were able to point Masaru in the direction they believed that the weapons were being taken, this allowed the man to setup and watch the area for suspicious activity as he waited for the next shipment. It was a perfect sting operation, a shipment of fresh weapons arrived right on schedule. Masaru would watch as a dock worker took in inventory of the shipment before returning to the office while another began moving them to storage. It was then that he saw them, two men came out while no one was around the shipment opened a few of the crates and took what they could one of the men even sealing weapons into a scroll. While catching them in the act was enough proof to arrest them, Masaru wanted to see if they would lead him to where they stash all their stolen goods. He would ensure to keep his distance, though now that he had his eyes on them there was no getting away from him, he could stay far enough away that they wouldn't even know he was watching them but still have a clear view of them as if he was right next to them thanks to his training with a bow. Following them down the path into the forest, the men would lead Masaru several miles away from the village until they arrived at a small camp where he assumed they were keeping their goods. Masaru would jump into action instantly when he saw them open a chest and dump their new acquisitions into it, creating a bow from his steel release Masaru would shoot two arrows each striking one of the men in the leg causing them both to collapse to the ground as they cried out in pain. "Cry all you want, your fate is sealed and you will serve a long sentence. But first," Masaru would stop talking as he reached one of the men, his orders were to bring them in alive, but there was nothing saying he couldn't brand them. Creating a kunai Masaru would carve the word thief into the first ones forehead before doing the same to the second, he would then pull out the radio he had and send a message with their location so that the authorities could come pickup the thieves and the stolen goods.
