It was nearly midnight when Masaru saw the signal flare of in the distance, without hesitation or a word to his companions he would take off to find he source of the signal as well as address the distress. It would not take the man long at all to find the source, seeing the struggle long before any sounds reached his ears. It was a small squad of Shinobi and what looked to be some scientists, which were being attack by a group of mercenaries, and the mercenaries had them out numbered. Masaru formed the half tiger hand seal with his right arm taking off as fast as he could towards the group, determined to reach the group in time to provide some aid. It would take him several minutes to finally reach them even with his increased speed, however once he arrived he was more than able to help. Activating his Impervious Exo-Skeleton the man instantly increased his strength beyond it's normal capabilities thanks to the functionality of the armor, grabbing two of the mercenaries by their head before throwing them away as if they were rag dolls. This would not only get the attention of the other mercenaries it would get the attention of the shinobi, letting them know that there was help and that they were not in it alone. Masaru would draw Devorakos, the Rōnin would wield the blood bringer with expertise and finesse. Slicing through mercenary after mercenary, with them unable to even lay a single hit upon him. Though he was not worried about them landing a hit even if they were able, as no weapon could penetrate his Impervious Armor. Masaru would lose track of the number of mercenaries that fell to the blood bringer that day, though it was not long before they were retreating. Normally Masaru would pursue them to find out who had sent them, however right now he had more important matters he needed to make sure the others were alright.

Mission Goal: Deliver cure to the Facility
Description: There has been what seems to be a man-created sickness plaguing small villages and towns. What started out as merely a small cough in many people have turned into something much more. Bouts of hysteria and sweating can be found in most victims and even some have succumbed to death. One of the doctors working in the local village, Dr. Inuya Kasi, wasted no time on trying to find a vaccine. However when they were nearing a breakthrough only after a few weeks of studying the crude poison. They were attacked by ninja mercenary and they destroyed most of their work.

However they missed one crucial vial of the actual vaccine. The doctor and her team need help moving the last of their work before they realize their mistake. There is a facility in the another village adjacent to theirs towards the border of the Senju Forest. Where the protection is much better in a town with stable security and their own ninja to help protect the research.

"Are you all ok?" Masaru would call out to the scientist and her bodyguards, "No, I'm not ok. They destroyed everything. All of my work is gone." The woman was on the verge of tears when another voice call out a few yards away, "I was able to save this vial, Doctor." The man said handing the woman the small vial of liquid, "then it's not all lost. We had to get this to the village right away." Masaru would wait to question the importance of the vial until they were on the move towards the village, this way he got the whole story rather than rushed pieces that wouldn't make sense. It would seem as though the was a plague going around fire country, its not natural and it's killed a bunch of people. The good doctor however managed to figure out a cure, though thanks to those mercenaries there was only one vial left. She would need to recreate a large sum of this cure and it will take time, however with this vial it could speed up the process. Whoever was behind this obviously knew that the doctor had a cure, and they were determined to stop her at any cost. This information assured the man that his presence would be needed, he had to ensure that nothing stopped the good doctor and her cure and he did not think the town in which she was heading would be capable of defending against an attack against these mercenaries. It would take them just over a hour and a half to reach the town, despite it being two in the morning the good doctor insisted that she began work immediately. Masaru would stay with them through the night, with the hope that nothing got in the doctors way of developing more of the cure.

Mission Name: Vipers: Stop the Bandits
Mission Type: Battle
Mission Rank: B
Mission Goal: Stop the assault
Description: After successfully completing the mission with protecting the vaccine from foreign ninja. Upon entering the village they immediately get to work on mass producing the vaccine. While resting before returning the village, the village was given a rude awakening with a message on the towns gates saying to prepare for the attack of the Vipers. It seems it was the same group trying to thwart the vaccine research before. And that they were behind it in the first place.

The Vipers were a group of mercenary ninjas who number as a small group of 5 ninjas that are C-rank level. With the vaccine being mass produced ruined the plans of the Vipers who had made the plague and hoped to sell the cure for a extreme profit. Infuriated the Vipers plan the to burn the small town down. They are much stronger then the forces of the town to handle. Protect the civilians, protect the vaccine, and stop the assault.

Masaru had thought everything was going good, it had been quiet through the night. But they found a note posted on the gate, they planned to attack at noon. Masaru would laugh at the men's, anyone stupid enough to tell people when they are going to attack are too weak to actually do anything and are simply trying to intimidate their prey. The man was determined to see these so called vipers in action, and managed to convince the others not to flee. Masaru would go to check on the doctor, seeing the woman asleep however he decided to not disturb her. The doctor had been through a lot, more than a civilian every should have to endure. As noon arrive, soon to did the mercenaries. Masaru was surprised there were not more, though these are probably the only ones that got away from him last time. Masaru would step out into the road drawing Devorakos from its sheath, "My blade enjoyed the blood of your comrades yesterday, I wonder if it will enjoy your blood as much as theirs." Masaru stated with a gloating smugness, as he pointed the blade at the man in the middle. Masaru would not give the man time to answer, in a blink of an eye the Ronin would be standing directly in front of him with Devorakos sinking deep within the mans flesh. Sliding the blade from the mans mid section masaru would turn his attention to the others, slashing two of them in half before they knew what hit them. Turning to the last two men masaru would attempt reason, "you are clearly outmatched. Give up now and you may live." The first of the men would charge towards masaru with his own blade, however he obviously did not know how to properly wield the blade as the Ronin was able to simply parry the man before stabbing the man in the chest. Turning to look at the last man, who was just standing there shaking in fear. Masaru would smile at the man, "Times up." Were the only words the Ronin would say to the man before beheading him with a single slash of Devorakos. Sheathing his blade masaru would return to the others to inform them that the danger was over and the vipers were dead.
