Appearance

Moti looks like an off-brand Hyuuga, sporting many qualities that a stereotypical clanmember would have, yet small bits seem off. Chika bleaches and dyes his hair cyan, while he wears contacts that makes it look like he has pupils as not to unnerve people. Said contacts fail to hide his Byakugan when activated. His clothing is certainly formal, but instead of white and grey he sports light grey and shades of blue. Even his hair, while straight as a fiddle, is cut short. He stands at 5'3" and his weight is about 156 lbs.

History

Born to the Hyuuga clan, Chika Was taught as many Hyuuga were done so for his many younger years. However as he grew up he didn't show much of an aptitude for Taijutsu, instead spending his time with small dolls and knickknacks. Due to this the clan left him alone, deciding him a failure, allowing him to still live in the compound, but was for all intensive purposes not included in many clan activities.

Due to this newfound freedom he began to study whatever he desired. During this time he found a love for puppet manipulation, as well as stumbling across the spider summoning scroll with a skeleton next to it during an outing through the woods. He didn't want to know why, but he signed the contract and brought it back home.

While he had graduated from basic ninja academy, only recently has he decided to pick up where he left off. After making small puppet toys for children over the years, he had a nice sum of money to finally make his own puppet and begin his life as a ninja.

Personality

An inquisitive mind combined with a love for puppets, he's often a jovial person to be around when relaxed. He can't help but tinker with things, finding that way to be the quickest way to relax. Over time he's gained a wariness for spiders as while he finds them to be fascinating, especially in the how they control puppets, they are often a dark reflection of himself in his eyes, but all the same he can't help but delve deeper into their secrets. While he can tolerate an Uchiha, he often wondered what would happen if the two warring clans had a child.
