One-Handed Seal ~ Auro has practiced enough in mixing his expertise in taijutsu and ninjutsu that he's able to weave hand seals with a single hand. The downside is that his Coordination in weaving handseals is lowered by one tier.
Rose Quartz ~ A simple unique ability that focuses on the Doton element. For the additional price of 3CP, Auro can improve one of the aspects of a Doton technique, but in exchange another aspect takes a hit. This varies on the technique that is used, but the aspects can be either Power, Range, Speed, and Size. It is evident when in use because the Doton technique turns into a cluster of rose quartz, but this is just cosmetic effect.
Deceptive Palm ~ Auro's fighting style often makes it difficult to predict what he's going to do next. He gives his opponents a two disadvantage debuff towards Perception, tracking specifically. In exchange his Coordination takes a tier debuff as well since his movements are a bit extra to throw off his opponents.
Body of Iron ~ Focusing his energies in defense, his body becomes dense and his pain tolerance increases. This translates to boosting his Constitution by a tier. In exchange, his Speed is lowered by a tier as well since his movements are slower.
Experienced Genin ~ Auro has the experience to become better than the usual fresh Genin. He starts out with 350 total XP. Any future XP Auro gains is halved until the debt is paid.
Appearance:
Auro is a large man that stands at 6'2" and weighs roughly 180 pounds. He is certainly not obese either as he is fit and heavily defined in muscle. Auro has shoulder length silver hair that is usually combed back. On his strong jaw is a goatee that compliments his strikingly Amber eyes. Perhaps the most defining feature on his body is the fact that he has quite a large tattoo with feathered wings over his arms. The head of a crow can be seen on his left chest. And the rest of the body covers Auro's entire back.
Often Auro wears clothes fitting to the extreme heat that is common in Konohagakure. Clothes such as linen shirts, baggy pants, some armor, and typically what would expect from a shinobi in a forest. Auro has never really gotten the chance to wear fancy clothing such as silk, satin, velvets, etc.
History:
Auro lived a normal life for a Hyuuga member. Given his birth however, he was deemed to be the side branch. Brought up to protect the main branch no matter what it took. His life is beneath those of the main branch all because he wasn't born in the main branch. Auro used to hate those rules, but his younger sister named Aurora Hyuuga who is five years younger than Auro. He might not like the main branch, but he's definitely protective over Aurora.
Before Sunagakure was taken over, Auro and the Hyuuga clan as a whole were on tough times. Still are in fact, but it was worse earlier. Aurora caught an intense fever that refused to break. At the time because of Konohagakure's recent raid and robbed them of money and resources. There was no medicine at hand to help her, yet Auro was quickly growing impatient. Eventually he started to do some shady dealings with the underworld and even joining with one of the local gangs. Auro refused to do anything heinous, just the delivery, extra muscle, etc. Almost whatever it took to accumulate money until he could afford the correct medicine which took thousands of ryo to acquire.
That's when things got heated between Auro and his father. Who discovered of Auro's dealings with the thugs, and then refused to let Aurora receive the medicine. Claiming that it was bought through blood money, and refused wealth of that nature to reach the Hyuuga's district. Auro angrily protested that his father's decision is unjustified since this world is wrought with war and blood. Even the wealth they gained from Iwagakure can be considered as blood money. Which leads to the official match between father and son. Auro kept up with his father quite well, but eventually his father simply outwitted Auro and paralyzed the boy from the neck down. Then forced Auto to witness the cursed father smash the medicine on the ground. Little did Auro knew that Aurora was being attended by a medical nin and was treating her. Which was only discovered after the fact, and his father wanted to drive a lesson home. A lesson of dignity and patience.
In the aftermath, Auro strained his eyes to the point where it hurts to see. So he went on a week of being blindfolded. Aurora guided him, but silently his father watched over them roughly the whole time. At first, Auro held a grudge towards his father. Aurora did the best she could to quell the hatred, but Auro thought what he did was right. In reality both Auro's father and himself
Personality:
Auro is attentive to detail whether it is the situation or physical things. Shiny things are usually the first thing Auro pays attention to and bright colors. It's just something his mind clicks on to focus when either first meeting someone or coming upon a new scene. As such, Auro is quite secured of himself and what he does. It can lead him to trouble in some cases, but if anything Auro won't utter a word if he's told to keep something a secret. Not to worry with his mind either, but at the same token Auro is confident in not just himself. But to those he trusts as well.
If there is anything about Auro that could be commended is his ability to control his emotions and overcoming his weaknesses. The ability to pursue what he thinks is right despite the temptations to abandon it. The very definition of self-discipline which exerts his tremendous willpower in the process. Additionally, Auro practices the logical reasoning in diplomacy and other methods. Although, he is also carefree at times so it's kind of hard to tell what he's really thinking sometimes.
Collects things related to peacocks. Out of habit, and sort of a hobby at that. Auro likes to collect things related to peacocks. Whether it is feathers, paintings, sketches, books, or even clothes. Auro honestly doesn't use them for anything as he just likes collecting them. It's quite fun for him to learn about these creatures. Perhaps, one day they will be the focus of something great. However there is no telling when or even if that will happen. Just a possibility as some would say.
