Description: This nasty weapon looks similar to its much safer relative the shinai, with some key differences. It has a core made of braided steel wire to reinforce its durability, and one of the slats has been removed to heighten the extent to which it will flex on impact. Its length is about 4 feet from tip to pommel. The tip is forced through and adhered to the ring of a kunai, which is pointed away from the missing slat. If the weapon is blocked or parried, the flexing will circumvent the deflection unless it is specifically accounted for.

I feel this depends on a number of different factors. Instead of giving a hard stat value, I would just state that flimsiness of the weapon allows it to flex much like a rapier.

If you're talking about the crafting time, in order to craft an item you must buy the materials in character through making a post, and then have a post written where you begin the crafting process, and that post is when the crafting timer begins.

I was asking because I went through that part of the process before I registered the item. I didn't know at the time that registration came before everything.

Description: This one-meter long weapon largely resembles a Crossbow (minus arms) and is functionally identical to one of its caliber. However, unlike its mechanical counterpart, its projectiles are driven by electromagnetic fields pulsing down hundreds of coils of copper wire running the length of its flight groove, which in turn are powered by its numerous batteries. It has the spring inside its stock to reduce recoil. This weapon can fire 1 bolt per hand seal the user is able to make with their level of Coordination, per post.

Note: The batteries can fire 200 shots before being depleted and needing to be recharged. Recharging batteries cannot occur within a thread without the help of Raiton.

Note2: As a Simple weapon (see Crossbow entry in Shinobi Marketplace), this weapon is not compatible with Buki nor Kyu jutsu, however, Ninjutsu that affect projectiles and weapons work with it and its ammunition. Also, in place of the Strength requirements for Bows, it has a Perception requirement for its use. Projectiles launched from this weapon still follow the other rules for Fired Projectiles.

Note3: This weapon is Heavy in the sense that anyone attempting to fire it with D-Tier or lower Strength must have a stable position and use both hands. Attempting to do so without meeting or subverting all requirements will suffer a knockback as though from an attack with C-Tier Strength.
