Description: The hilt of the sword seems to resemble a vajra, mimicking the symbol of the Senju clan. The blade is relatively short, being only about 2' long, glows bright yellow, and is apparently infused with pure electrical energy; hence its name. The blade is unusual in that, though it appears to retract into or emanate from the hilt or crossguard like a lightsaber (and produces the same sound), it is apparently solid and subject to stressing and being shattered when sufficient force is applied. The forces required are extraordinary, however, as a weakness in the blade has to be created first with a sustained attack from a Chidori, an extremely powerful lightning-based attack itself, and then in order to actually break the sword it needed to be struck with a Rasengan in the exact weak point that was created. Before then the sword could easily cut through both Chidori and Rasengan without harm.
This sword has many uses that involve its ability to manipulate lightning:
Being made of concentrated lightning, it can create a strong electrical shock capable of incapacitating an enemy on contact, consistent with an S-rank Raiton technique.
This sword is capable of producing electrical rings of energy that can suspend the enemy in mid-air while continuously shocking them. These rings are not projectiles and using them requires the blade to contact the target. The wielder of the blade can use them to throw the enemy a good distance away as though their effective Strength was A-Tier (unless it is already equal or greater, in which case they confer no additional benefit beyond an alternate means of grabbing someone).
Defensively, the blade can channel its electrical properties in mid-air to block incoming attacks. The blade is known to not only be able to easily cut through any solid object, but also through chakra-based substances as well.
The sword actually comes with a instruction scroll of how to use the sword at full potential. The effect of learning to master this sword via its accompanying scroll is that it becomes compatible with Chakra Flow, which grants it the ability to deflect and cut through S-rank and lower techniques.
