    Information:
    The Earth Grudge Fear is a restricted technique which transforms the user's body into something similar to that of a rag-doll, held together by hundreds of thick black threads. The user can use the back threads for a variety of purposes. The user can sew up their own injuries or others without the need of recovery. However, this skill is directly related to the user's own medical knowledge or their own intelligence of how to property use the threads.

    The unique skill of the Earth Grudge Fear is the ability to self implant from their targets. By stealing a heart, they are able to extend their own life in a way, while also gaining a skill from doing so. A user can only hold up to five hearts total in their body, including their own. As long as one heart still beats, the user is still alive.

    Skills & Techniques
    Self-Surgery: The user is able to preform two forms of implants. They can steal a target's heart and claim it as their own. In this method, they are able to retain only a single skill from their target. If the heart dies, they lose that skill. This includes both elemental releases, as well as other skills such as Bukijutsu, Summoning and Ninjutsu. They can only claim one or the other, not both. (You cannot ake both Fire Release AND Sealing Techniques from the target, you can only retain one.) This can only be done after the target has been defeated, and can be transplanted without a roll.

    If the user is attempting to self implant a KKG from their target, they do not gain the above benefit. They must follow standard implant rules, and cannot get assistance from another surgeon in this way. They will be preforming the operation alone. A hospital setting does not increase their odds. They receive no bonus from any other attending physician. Getting an advanced element DOES NOT grant the component releases.

    Medical Master: If the user preforms surgery on another, their chances of success are greatly increased. Any result will increase the consequence level by one. For example, if you get anywhere from 26-40 while using Earth Grudge Fear your outcome will be from the 41-55 range. In addition, the patient will not need to rest. However, any attack made to the previously damaged area will be increased by 1 tier of damage. If the user is aiding in healing someone from a fatal, or near fatal injury, the consequence level is instead increased by 2, following the above mentioned rules. User MUST have Medical Ninjutsu, OR S+ ranked Intelligence to use the above skills.

    Threads of Fate: The speed the threads move at are the user's Coordination skill stat. The strength of the threads are considered +1 Tier above the user's own, maxing out at S. (This is regards to this ability alone. The threads can be boosted further by outside means.)

    The Power of Hearts: All hearts must be registered like a summon using the template below. Each heart can only use the skills or element it possesses when used as a construct. They can only use skills known to the user that are equal to its own rank, or lower. Each heart, if given an element, can only use Ninjutsu or Taiutsu as a skill. This must be registered with the heart, and cannot be changed. The skill chosen, does not grant the user themselves the skill if they do not have it. It will only grant the heart, while in construct form, the skill. The constructs intelligence and coordination is directly related to the user's own. Their speed is at minimum, two ranks lower than the user's coordination. Their strength cannot be more than 2 ranks higher than the user's own. While attached to the user, when not a construct, their chakra pool is shared. The user can choose to expend the heart's chakra, or their own. If a heart has less than 10% of their chakra at the end of the thread, it will begin to decay, and will be no longer viable after the thread. All advanced element hearts will allow that release, however this does not grant the component releases, and they cannot be split. (EX, if you gain Ice Release, you cannot use water and wind release as a result.)

    While as a construct, they have no upkeep or cost to maintain. However the user loses all skills that heart possesses. (If the heart has fire release and you don't, you can no longer use fire release. The same is for Bukijutsu and so forth.) Constructs can vary in size. This is dependent on the heart's own stats, at a cost of chakra. Based on the rank of the heart, the construct has it's own size. Pay chakra to advance to the next size category.

    E - (Tiny) The size of a small doll, or teddy bear. No taller than 1 foot. Strength is reduced by two tiers when dealing with a larger sized enemy.
    D- (Small) The size of a younger child. About 3 feet tall. Strength is reduced by 1 tier if dealing with a large sized or bigger enemy.
    C - (Medium) Average sized adult. About 5-6 feet tall. Strength suffers no penalty dealing with larger foes.
    B - (Large) A larger creature. Anywhere from 8 - 10 feet tall.
    A - (Massive) A massive creature. Height can be as large as 15 feet tall.
    S - (Titan) A colossus sized creature. Height can be as large as 30 feet tall.
    X - (Giant) A huge sized creature. Height can be as large as 80 feet tall.

    The Curse Technique: Death Controlling Possessed Blood is a unique skill that can only be preformed by a devote follower of Jashin. To honor their god, they cause great harm and injury to their foes in a most unique manner. The user must create the seal and remain within it preform all of their techiques. In the refined hands of a true believer, it is a truly devastating technique.

    Any medical jutsu has no effect on the user while a link is active. However, while they remain in the seal, any fatal injury is suspended for the time being. When the seal is broken, and fatal injury takes effect. If the user ingests their own blood, they will simply deal double damage to themselves.

    Description: The user has made a link with their target. Their constitution is increased by 1 Tier and 2 advantages, at a max of X++. All ninjutsu based attacks deal half damage to the user. All injuries and wounds inflicted on the user, either by themselves or others, is also inflicted on the target. After the target is killed via this technique, the user will have suspended immortality for one month (IRT).
    Weaknesses: User must be within Mark of Jashin Seal, and have ingested blood of their victim. This technique does not make the user immune to damage, but is immune to any effects of shock or the feelings of pain while this is active. The bonus immortality only applies to PCs and uNPCs. For all other NPCs, the time is only 1 week, and it does not stack.

    Description: The user grows and manipulates their own bones to sprout an extra arm from both sides of their body just under their own arms. The placement is around the ribcage. While they are connected, the user can freely use them as an extension of their own ability. The durability of the arms are directly related to the rank of bones the user is able to make. The arms are able to move at a speed one tier below the user's coordination.
    Weaknesses: If the arms are pulled by any force greater than B-Rank, the arms can be removed. If the user is not a member of the Kaguya Clan, this technique will cause great bodily harm to the user, akin to a large stab wound on either side of them, each round will cause them to bleed out if this is the case. The arms have difficulty wielding weapons. Any sword, bow, or any other weapon is wielded at a coord level 1 tier less than the user's own. Puppetry however, is not effected. At a cost of 3CP a post, a user can use the eyes implanted on their body to increase their perception by +1 Tier. Implanting more eyes does not increase this bonus, and only effects field of vision.
    Weaknesses: Based on the placement, the eye may not be able to be used due to being covered my clothing or other means. If the eye has a dojutsu, a surgery roll must be made instead of using this technique. User cannot preform the technique if the implant is on the user's head, or any place the user can't reach themselves normally. The user cannot implant more than five eyes in addition to their existing set. Doing so, would require the user's Intelligence to be the same, or greater than their perception.

    is it for the rank reduction for the purposes of activation or upkeep for CP? I'm a bit confused here so specifying what that's for would be appreciated.

    Though I'm not really sure what it would need a cost reduction for since as a Taijutsu it already has that built in. Kugujutsu doesn't seem all that relevant to the skill other then the fact the extra arms can be used to control puppetry which is fine

    Also edited from first post. My count was wrong, but also tweaked because there's the weakness.

    This tech is going to need an actual weakness to justify the increased buffs since the way it is currently written doesn't function as an actual drawback. All two hand seals taking twice as long sounds good on paper but is too easy to loop hole since it's trivial to switch to just doing one handed seals instead.

    Having to enter into all five stances is also not a real weakness in the context of how the battle system works currently. Fighting styles have no activation cost and it's super easy to switch between them in one post while only having to pay the upkeep on whatever one is active at the end of the post and not any that where entered but then turned off again.

    In General: If you want to reapp a technique that has already been approved, please repost it rather than editing the original post. Also please for the sake of easing the confusion, only five at a time in the future and ideally all in the same post.

    Majinoki's Gaze, Balance of Majinoki, Majinoki's Grace:
    Staff is speaking about puppetry styles and hasn’t decided yet if we want to allow them or not, so these can’t be modded yet. Additionally, Majinoki's Grace an Majinoki's Gaze give too many buffs. A B-Rank technique gives four advantages, or a tier and one +. These both give effectively two tiers.

    Manji's Extra Limbs:
    If the user has both Taijutsu AND Kugujutsu, the cost of this technique is reduced by 1 rank.
    - We’re not comfortable casually giving away cost reductions like this, especially when Taijutsu techniques already get one - Additionally cost reductions don’t stack, for the record. Additionally, the weakness that says what happens if a non-Kaguya Clan member tries to use the technique needs to be removed, since people who aren’t Kaguya can’t use this technique.

Could you explain moree what that means? I’m hesitant to allow the buff limit being broken, but I’m not entirely sure what you’re trying for with the drawback here.

    Gotcha. Wasn't sure because I realized my math was wrong.
    Onihara's Scorching Flame, Onihara's Lightning Strike, Onihara's Immovable Boulder: These all give 1 tier and three advantages, which equals two tiers. B-Rank techniques can only give 1 tier and one advantage.
    They are (++++) total, which adds up to a Tier and an adv??

    And again on the stances, I get it, but it's still (++++) which is just (+++)&(+) ??

    Onihara's Perfected Stance - You have to use all of the other stances before using this stance, meaning the other 5 stances that were registered with it.

    And I tried not to app more than 5 things, I figured the math update would have been simple, and the other stuff was already pending .-.
