Description: The first version of this technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to 40 meters in diameter. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This version of the technique requires a large reservoir of water, such as a lake.
The second version of this technique is a projectile requiring more chakra from the user to create. The user spews out a stream of water which expands into a 10 meter diameter torrent rushing towards its target with a high pressure payload dealing substantial impact damage.
Both versions of these technique are S-rank power.

Description: The user creates a type of mist followed by rain which devours chakra in its wake. There are two different conditions of the mist rain that the user must choose singularity. This determines what kind of chakra the rain devours as well as the conditions of the rain itself.
Version One: This is the classic Mist Rain which involves a light mist followed by heavy rain. This version devours all Ninjutsu up to S-rank. Fuuinjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, cloaks, and all other platforms are unaffected by this version.
Version Two: This version of Mist Rain is a much denser mist followed by light sprinkles. Here the Mist Rain influences external cloaks such as LRA, Susanoo, and Bijuu cloaks. Below shows how the mist rain affects various cloaks:
For LRA:
-boosts granted by LRA are not effected by the mist rain
-lightning armor shroud is dissolved
For Susano'o:
-dissolves levels 1 - 3
-reduces levels 4-5 by one level
-reduces levels 6-7 stats by one tier

Weaknesses: A major weakness following Mist Rain is that the user is just as vulnerable to the technique as anyone else. This means, despite it being their own technique, the user's own technique will dissolve following the activation. This also influences everyone, including allies. In addition, if two Mist Rains were to collide (another person casting Mist Rain outside of the sphere of influence of another) they will cancel each other out. Kirisame does not affect boosts.

Description: This technique enables the user to control water and moisture around oneself much like Gaara controls his sand. It can be used to block most incoming attacks, bind or drown opponents, and shape the water into various attacks, allowing the user in conjunction with the Summoning Technique to allow water-based summonings to fight in areas that it normally need water to move around by either trapping the target in the same water or manoeuvring the water to allow the summon to chase the target. It is able to extract and utilise groundwater, and as is very effective most areas, but useless in rocky areas.
Weaknesses: Just as the technique states it must require a source of water in order to be used. Rocky areas, or dry environments with very little moisture will make this technique unusable. Because freeform manipulation is only attached to the user's base Coordination, techniques, unique abilities, or items that increase the user's coordination do not affect one's freeform manipulation speed. Techniques, unique abilities, or items that wish to boost one's freeform manipulation capabilities most specify that they are doing so and are thus evaluated on that basis.

Description: The Dustless Bewildering Cover technique is a legendary jutsu designed specifically to thwart every form of sensory. It initiates by drawing moisture from the air and using it as a coat around the user to physically bend the light in the vicinity so as to make the user appear invisible. This is an alternate method to the Transparent Escape Technique and is the only reason the user can avoid being seen without triggering a sensory response. The water is kept in place by the user's minimal use in chakra, which requires great chakra control and focus; because focus is governed by Intelligence, the user of this technique is limited in Coordination and Speed to two tiers less than the user's Intelligence. While the user can attempt to move faster than this, they will outrun the water and be seen -forcing the water to keep up via chakra will increase output to the point that they will be sensed immediately.
Despite its reputation, this jutsu does not actually erase the user's physical presence. It removes all trace of it. This is because, in addition to suppressing chakra and bending light, it covers the user's footprints as they step, not making them light as air, rather, using remnant chakra to affect the ground and return it to its original state.
Weaknesses: The key to this jutsu is minimal chakra use. If the user activates any technique while this one is active, they will be vulnerable to sensing. Additionally, the method by which the user suppresses his chakra with this technique is different than the parent method. It is more involved, controlling specific fluctuations of energy to both keep the jutsu active and blend in with the environment. Despite this, it is not perfect, and the method of suppression leaves vulnerability to similarly skilled sensors, those who are able to sense the same or better depth than the user to notice the flaws in the pattern of flow and thwart the technique. This is a direct comparison between the user's Perception and any that are able to sense him. If the enemy has equal or greater Perception, then they can sense the user at any distance. While most Doujutsu are ineffective against this technique, the Byakugan is able to see through it.

Description: By using water as a medium, the user can create one or more clones of themselves. While the clones can perform techniques, they only possess one-tenth of the user's chakra and cannot go too far from the original. The clones can also be used as medium to perform other Water Release techniques, as demonstrated by Kisame when he reverted their arms into water to perform the Water Prison Technique. When these clones are struck with a sufficient amount of force they will revert to their water form. Drawbacks: Just like real life fog the mist can only exist in conditions where it can survive. Very hot, arid climates forces the mist to evaporate (clearing up over two rotations.) In addition the mist can be cleared by strong winds or sudden bursts.
