Description: This technique creates a barrier around a place by placing four "forbidden" (禁, kin) tags in different locations surrounding the place to be protected, a fifth tag on the location to be protected. The tags are placed on flat surfaces, and are connected with the user's chakra. This technique turns the entire range surrounded by the tags into a barrier space, and inside the space, the material's destruction is "forbidden". Using any kind of physical attack to try and destroy something in the barrier is folly, as it will only lead to injury. To cancel this, it is necessary to search for the four tags and tear them off simultaneously. Even if the tags are removed, there is a final obstacle. The user can add a trap that will create perfect copies of those who have removed the seal, preventing them from returning immediately. Description: The Explosive Tag Seal is a well-known Fuuinjutsu most commonly used to produce explosive tags commonly stored in the marketplace. This technique works by sealing the user's chakra and compressing it (5 CP). When the chakra is released it reacts violently with the environment resulting in a small, but potent blast radius of five meters. There are two ways the explosive can be activated, both costing no chakra:
1.) Igniting the tag with chakra or heat. This results in a slow burn and a four second delay allowing the user to benefit from the delay by throwing them greater distances, how far dependent on the user's method.
2.) Detonating the tag remotely using chakra. To do this, the user must make direct contact with the explosive tag to apply their chakra to the tag. This allows them to detonate the explosive tag remotely with the Snake hand seal. The range on this method is only twenty meters from the user.

Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a fūma shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in its fully extended form beforehand. Furthermore, because the summoned ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used there are an exceptional number of possible tactics. One hundred ninja tools can be stored within each sealing mark, which can make the efficiency of this technique last longer. Five tools can be summons per unseal.

Description: This sealing technique completely blocks the target's chakra with a sealing formula (封印式, fūin-shiki) drawn on the ground or a wall. This is done by closing all the tenketsu of the person caught in the middle. When the target is sealed, a stylised kanji for "close" or "shut" (閉, hei) appears in the middle of the sealing formula. To successfully seal the target, one has to get them exactly inside the sealing formula. This may require great accuracy and can prove very difficult in most fight scenarios. Various methods can be used to make this easier. For instance, one can prepare a puppet or a ninja tool like the Lion-Headed Kannon with this sealing formula.

Though the Contract Seal removes the summoner's ability to control its summon, it does not give the user of the fūinjutsu the ability to control the summon in turn. Description: By placing a mark on a person in a ritualistic method, this seal will force the user to perform any technique that the user or target knows. If the technique requires handsigns then the user will be forced to perform handsigns (assuming that's not a physical impossibility). The seal will remain primed even if the person is tortured, put under a trance, or unconscious. This is meant to catch an enemy when their guard is down. Description: To perform the technique, the user must first have a ceremonial throne and place the target on it. The Eight Trigram Sealing Style is performed by placing two interlocking Four Symbol Seals ontop of each other and leaving a small gap between the sealing mechanisms. This unique and powerful style of sealing Bijuu affords several bonuses to the jinchurikki:- When the seal's 500 point value is depleted, it automatically performs a one time restoration whereby the seal is immediately brought back to full strength without the normal reinforcement penalty.
- The Eight Trigram Seal has a bit of a gap between the two seals allowing Chakra Access to flow more generously and efficiently. It reduces the 100 Experience cost for a post of chakra access by 25 exp. One post of chakra access thus costs 75 Experience for those with this seal.
- The Eight Trigram Seal can be locked and the key stored in the form of a scroll. Locking the seal has the effect of blocking of the Jinchurikki from the corrosive nature of the bijuu's chakra. This halts any chance of seal deterioration that would result from use but it has the side effect of also blocking the Jinchurikki from all the abilities that come with being a host (Healing, Chakra Mode, Chakra Access, Tailed Beast Transformation, Initial Jinchurikki Mode, etc etc).
The user can also place a bit of their subconscious in the seal. This subconscious manifestation can be triggered at a certain point in the seal's weakening (must be specified at the time of sealing). This manifestation can last for up to 10 posts and can provide advice, knowledge, and training as though the user were present within the host's mind. This subconscious manifestation can exist even though the user has died.
Weaknesses: Like all seals it is vulnerable to eventual wear and tear. While the seal may be reinforced over the course of the first lifespan of the seal, it cannot do so during the second lifespan. After the one time replenishment that restores it back to 500, the Eight Trigrams Seal will not be able to be reinforced and must be re-applied entirely should the Jinchurikki require it.

Description: The Self-Repairing Barrier is a Cooperation Fuuinjutsu that by linking chakra from four PC shinobi (although shadow clones created by PC may be used), will create a barrier which if damaged, will constantly repair itself with said chakra that emanates from their bodies. The barrier also prevents those outside of it from sensing anything inside it through traditional methods (Sensory/Dojutsu). The users can erect as much as 36 barriers, with the highest number being able to stop and contain any individual jinchūriki. Barriers are erected in sets of nine for a maximum of thirty six. Every 9 barriers costs 5 Stamina points of upkeep per shinobi. A single set of nine barriers can be destroyed by a single Tailed Beast Bomb, S-rank Ninjutsu, and/or S++ Strength. If the user has 18 barriers for example, even after destroying the first nine the second nine will remain in place while the destroyed set repairs itself in a single post so long as the upkeep is paid. This would require four S-rank Ninjutsu launched at the same time, four simultaneous S++ Tier Strength blows or four simultaneous Bijuu Bombs to destroy a maximum of 36 barriers.
Weaknesses: X Tier attacks are orders of magnitude stronger than what this barrier is designed to defend against. Any offensive X Rank technique or X Tiered Strength blow will instantly shatter all thirty six barriers.

Description: After the hand seals are performed, the user's soul is partly separated from their body and suspended behind them. Behind their soul appears the Shinigami, which restrains their soul with its hair. Only the summoner is able to see the Shinigami at this point. Eventually, the Shinigami wraps its left arm with prayer beads and chants unintelligibly until a cursed seal appears on its arm. It then drives its arm into the summoner's soul, thus allowing the summoner to call upon the Shinigami to seal a target. The technique can either be initiated at close-range, immobilising the target while their soul is extracted, or from a longer range. The Shinigami's arm emerges from the summoner's body and grasps the soul of the target, enabling the target to see the Shinigami as well. Once the target's soul is grasped, the summoner can remove the target's soul and seal it into their own body. The user is able to seal multiple souls by using this technique in conjunction with the Shadow Clone Technique.The sealing, however, is not necessarily complete nor automatic; It requires physical strength to fully extract someone's soul from their body. This is governed by a Strength vs Strength matchup whereby the character with the greater Strength will prevail. If the difference between the two character's strength is one tier or less however, the user will have the option of sealing two of the opponent's limbs, permanently neutralizing them. After the sealing is performed, a mark appears on the summoner's stomach that is similar in appearance to the Eight Trigrams Sealing Style. For a few moments afterwards the summoner can continue moving and speaking, allowing them to finish any lingering business they may have. Shortly afterwards the Shinigami will consume their soul and the soul of their target(s), ending their life. The souls of those trapped within the Shinigami's stomach cannot enter the Pure Land and are destined to fight with their victims for all eternity.

Description: This technique involves invoking the Shinigami using a mask from the Uzumaki Clan's Mask Storage Temple. From there, the summoner is possessed by the Shinigami allowing them control over it, they can then force it to cut its own stomach resulting in the release of the souls sealed inside. Due to the possession however, the same damage will reflect on the invoker's own body.
After the souls are released, the person is free to do as they please with the souls. Orochimaru used this technique to free the souls of the Hokage along with that of his arms and then reincarnate them.
