One-handed Seals: Pretty straightforward. A player may weave hand seals with only one hand. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals.
Chakra Drain: Kimiko is one of the precious few people who can drain chakra from people. This UA allows her to app techniques that can drain chakra, although those techniques leave her more open to receiving damage from chakra as well.
Without using techniques, she can choose to drain 5 chakra from someone by making physical contact with a them using her forearms or hands, although she has to consciously do so. This is able to be used through gloves and clothes, but does not extend to other tools or weapons.
Every time she makes contact, she can draw out chakra from a person (capped at 15 per person per post) or 15 chakra per person if she sustains contact the entire post. However, doing so opens Kimiko up to increased damage (+1 rank of damage) from tangible chakra techniques for the rest of the post round. This is all elemental jutsu, and all attacks with tangible chakra, such as Chakra Flow and other such techniques. The amount that this UA allows for non technique absorption in a thread is capped at half of Kimiko's base stamina cap, even if taken from multiple different people. This can not set her over her maximum pool of chakra either.
Appearance: Kimiko's a slender and petite girl, with a traditionally attractive face. Standing at a height of 156 cm (5'1.5") and weighing in at 45 Kg (99 lbs), Kimiko is a rather small girl.
Her eyes are the usual Uchiha Blue, and shift to a bright crimson when using Sharingan.
When her secondary personality comes out, which is usually during her Sharingan usage, Kimiko looks almost exactly the same, although occasionally her sclera will turn black depending on the level of control it has.
History: Kimiko's parents were two Uchiha by the name of Karasu and Yakan Uchiha. They were both from separate ends of the clan, arranged to be together from a young age by a former clan head. While there was no real love between them, they loved their child, and the marriage was a stable one for the most part.
Kimiko was nothing short of a handful growing up. A rambunctious child, Kimi was always getting into trouble, or running away to find some sort of adventure. The life and spirit in Kimi was evident, always onto the next thing or another, rarely keeping interest in something longer than it took to find a new thing to explore. Still, something happened to her when she was younger, and it wasn't really quite clear. Kimiko didn't remember, but she developed a slightly more sadistic side that wasn't quite her. It was more evident when she was younger, but has seemed to digress back to a more normal mode as she has gotten stronger and older.
Going through the Academy, Kimiko was more or less an average student. Being the child of the Uchiha clan, she had some advanced training before even entering, so she went through with minimal effort put in. She was placed into a nice little squad, and everything went on quite like it should. There was a training accident one day, and the other genin in her squad died, although the records didn't say what happened. Kimiko seemed to be unable to recall either. Chalked up to trauma, things moved on.
Several years later, Kimiko would be a Chuunin. Nothing eventful happened. In honesty, her chuunin life was more or less normal. At least, that's how it appeared on the surface. She found that she was able to remember one of her personality swaps when out on a solo mission. Killing some bandits was normal stuff. However, her alter ego had a secret: She has a taste for murder and cannibalism unlike anyone else.
As a Jounin, she has proctored during the 2nd world Chuunin Exams, and participated in the execution of the Hokage Tattsu, known as Neko-Sama.
Personality: Kimiko is very attached to the Uchiha clan. Her clan loyalty comes above all else. To a lesser extent, she's fairly dedicated to Konoha, although her clan loyalty supercedes Konoha's needs. They happen to align, but that doesn't mean they always will.
Very adventurous, Kimiko is a joy to be around. She likes to find excitement in everything she does, whether it's through exploration, or in fighting, or in doing mundane tasks. It's hard to do sometimes.
She has a bit of a rebellious streak, and doesn't like to be told she can't do something. Whether that's because she's incapable of doing so, or she isn't allowed to, she tries to find a way around that. She'll work her ass of until she can do it, and prove that person wrong. Or she'll work her way up to a position so that she is allowed to do that thing. Or she'll try and do it regardless of the proper allowances.
She's unfortunately incredibly foolhardy, to the point of detriment. Ignoring the risk of a situation, she'll try even the most unlikely to succeed things if she can't think of another way out. Never tell her the odds without offering some sort of alternative action.
Kimiko has a separate personality that is usually inactive in her day to day life. When she activates her Sharingan, the activity of her personalities switch, and this second one is more likely to become the dominant one, while her usual normal self swaps into inactive status. This switch makes Kimiko much more unpredictable. She's a lot more cold and dangerous, willing to kill without a thought.
Gathering a bloodlust about her, Kimiko wishes to kill those who are against her, and gains a hunger for her enemies. She's secretive about this second side, and won't likely let it be known that it happens. Personality wise, it's fine, but if someone saw her killing and eating someone, things would get rather difficult to explain.
