Description: A style of fighting crafted by Azuma himself over the years, focused around the artful use of weapons in very fluid, swift,accurate movements. The user's movements remain very fluid, not requiring much strength behind them, as they focus on their accuracy and speed instead--more about the momentum then the force. The form is very flexible, and lets the user follow the movements of their weapons, spinning and flipping if needed to keep the fluid motion. The flexibility of the style lends itself to use with all manner of weapons, from simple kunai, to katanas, all the way to longer weapons such as Naginata. Only heavy weapons typically don't suit this style, unless the user has the strength to circumvent the weight of the weapon as an issue. This style gives a +1 tier boost to Coordination.
Weaknesses: Heavy Weapons require B-tier strength to use with the style. Due to the style's lack of focus on strength, the attacks hit with a lot of momentum but not a lot of force. This is perfectly fine against fairly sturdy opponents, but is less effective against hardened defenses. Any B-tier or higher defense reduces the effective power of the weapon used in this style by 1 tier. (Example. User has an A tier weapon and using this style, comes up against a B-tier power defense--their weapon now only hits with B-tier power against this defense.)

Description: Developed as an enhanced version of the Fluid Fang style, this fighting discipline follows many of its parent technique's teachings, a focus on fluid movement of a weapon. This takes that and focuses it, specifically designed for use with Naginata, while being applicable to Yari by similar concept in weapon design. The user makes use of the long handle of their weapon, leverage becoming a large factor in this style, which while Fluid like Ryutai no Kiba, can be seen as a much more rigid style. While using this style, the user gains +1 Tier to Coordination, and +1 Tier to Strength.
Weaknesses: Due to the upkeep cost, this style is limited by the user's stamina.

Description: Activating the Aura via the sign of confrontation, Lightning Chakra rushes through the user's body, the user's muscles pushed beyond their natural limits by the electrical current flowing through them. This manifests in the user's body being surrounded in arcs of Azure Lightning, visible to the naked eye as each arch pulses from every inch of their body in rapid random patterns. These are just a cosmetic side-effect of the use of the jutsu, no more harmful then a casual shock after walking across carpet in your socks--Only E-rank Con even feeling these arcs within close proximity to the user. This aura of Lightning enhances the user's Speed by +1 Tier.
Weaknesses: This may not be used or remain active under 30 CP due to the strain it does to the user's body.

Activating the Aura via the sign of confrontation, Lightning Chakra rushes through the user's body, the user's muscles pushed beyond their natural limits by the electrical current flowing through them. This manifests in the user's body being surrounded in arcs of Azure Lightning, visible to the naked eye as each arch pulses from every inch of their body in rapid random patterns. Description: The user becomes highly focused, both mentally and on their surroundings. The user must have high enough perception to see their opponent's movements within reason, while having the mental fortitude to remain focused no matter what. The user is able to unlock some of the mental barriers upon their body's muscles, raising the maximum output to enhance their physical abilities. Using this focused state, the user may choose to either raise their Coordination by +1 tier by increasing all their reflexes, or, raise their Speed by +1 Tier by focusing on their legs, enhancing their muscle output and reflexes to propel them further in an all out sprint.
Weaknesses: This puts physical strain on the body, and may only be maintained for a maximum of 20 rounds. After this the user will suffer 5 rounds of exhaustion effects before feeling better and being able to perform this again. A hard knock to the head or anything that causes the user to break focus will also break this ability, and force the user to wait 3 rounds before it may be activated again. If in the last 5 rounds of the maximum 20(rounds 16-20 of use), it follows the same rules as if they had used the jutsu to its maximum round limit, and cause 5 rounds of exhaustion effects.

Description: By making physical contact with their opponent, the user is able to channel Raiton chakra through their limb and into their opponent's body in a powerful burst, shocking them violently and stunning them for 1-3 rounds. Depending on the opponent's Con stat is how much lightning chakra is needed to be discharged, as well as how effective it is.
-E tier Con: Stunned for 3 rounds at D tier Cost
-D tier Con: Stunned for 2 rounds at D tier Cost, or 3 for C tier Cost
-C tier Con: Stunned for 2 rounds at C tier Cost, or 3 for B tier Cost

Weaknesses: Anyone who is able to make physical contact with a target while they are stunned may discharge 1CP into them to disrupt the Raiton Chakra and free them instantly. At higher Con stats, the effectiveness is diminished, until its ultimately ineffective. Those with a natural affinity for Fuuton are more protected by their chakra, and act as if their Con is +1 tier against this jutsu. Likewise, those with a natural affinity for Suiton are more effected by this, and act as if their Con is -1 tier against this jutsu.

Weaknesses: The user must remain focused, if a sufficient enough strike occurs to the user or their focus is otherwise broken, the jutsu instantly releases. Due to stressing the eye, the jutsu can only last up to 10 rounds, and requires an equal number of rounds as a cooldown period. (Example. If the user uses the Jutsu for 3 rounds, they must wait 3 rounds before it can be used again.)

Description: After forming the require hand seals, the user will charge their Lightning chakra into any metal object that can be thrown in stuck into the ground--usually a kunai. Once the item is thrown and pierces the ground, it releases the Lightning Chakra and electrifies the area surrounding it. A 30m bubble of effect is created from the connection point, the electrical field acting to disrupt enemies muscle inputs, their nerve systems, and slow them down. Anyone within 30m of the item in the ground suffers -- to their Speed and -- to their Coordination. This jutsu lasts 3 rounds before the chakra from the item is depleted. The user can extend this to 5 rounds at a cost of 5CP by channeling more chakra into the item via physical contact.
Weaknesses: If someone is able to remove the item from its connection to the ground, the jutsu is dispelled. Only the user is immune to its effects due to the Lightning Chakra used matching their Chakra Signature, allies will be debuffed.

Description: The user must have a weapon in hand with a bladed edge in order for the jutsu to be performed. By channeling Raiton chakra into the weapon, the blade arcs to life with Azure Lightning, coating it with Raikiri's power. With a slash of the blade into the air, this coating can be released in up to 3 crescents, or 1 larger--more powerful crescent, at a speed equal to the user's Coordination Stat. These crescents of lightning propel themselves forward, loosing no speed over distance, but having a maximum range. When released in 3 attacks, these crescents are 2m wide and hit with B-rank Power. When released all at once, this crescent is 5m wide, and hits with A++ power.
Weaknesses: Once launched, these arcs of Raikiri can not be controlled by the user, nor do they track targets--firing in a straight line. The user only has 3 posts to launch the attack before the chakra fizzles out and it is no longer usable. After 100m the chakra fades and they scatter to the wind.

Description: Taking the concept of Purple Electricity and its ability to summon rain clouds, this is a refined version of that aspect alone, with a slight twist. The user gathers the Purple Lightning chakra into their palm, using less chakra then required for the normal version of the jutsu. This is just enough energy to be sent skyward with a thrust of the users palm, rising to cloud level before dispersing into the air. This will begin to form clouds even on the most clear and dry days or nights. After 1 round from the use of the technique, a storm will have formed overhead, bringing rain, lightning, and thunder. This storm will remain for the remainder of the topic, or if a full day has passed in the topic. The storm formed will only be 20km in diameter, once going 10km in any direction from the center of where the jutsu is used, you are out of the storm.
Weaknesses: This jutsu has no offensive use, justifying its lower cost. The storm does not form instantly, taking 1 round of posting before it comes into effect. An A Power wide AoE Wind jutsu may blow the storm away, but due to its size this takes 3 rounds after use for the storm to fully move on from the area.

Description: This jutsu acts in a way to enhance another jutsu, having a matching first step to go along with it, but it can be applied to other similar jutsu that are either Ink or Water based. After performing the required hand seals, the user will push out their palm and release a flow of Chakra towards the jutsu they wish to coat with the Aura of Lightning. This usually takes the shape of an Ink-Based bird, but may apply to other beasts made up of conductive materials--Ink and water included. These jutsu must be A rank minimum. This is a combination technique, the effects of the Lightning Aura sparking the beast to life with Lightning, a visible coat surrounding it and emanating arcs of Lightning from its aura. This gives a ++ of piercing power to the jutsu it is effecting, either increasing existing piercing power, or giving a piercing effect on top of the blunt force. Anything this jutsu hits will also suffer a -- hit to their Coordination for 5 rounds.
Weaknesses: Requires a minimum A-Rank Ink or Water beast/animal-type Jutsu to conduct into, cast by another party. Clones are incapable of performing a jutsu to combo with this. Only another Player Character or NPC may cast a 'First Step' jutsu.
