Description: Recycled Breath is a simple technique that is more akin to a chakra control exercise than a jutsu. Although given the delicate area of the body this jutsu is used in (lungs) it does cost enough chakra to be noticeable. What this technique does is generate air directly within the user's lungs. Furthermore it will the Co2 generated by this is simply recycled into more air when it is generated within the lungs. This jutsu will allow the user to breathe in places they wouldn't normally be able to. Such as underwater, or while being choked.

Weaknesses: -

After joint-review we decided this technique is conceptually denied. This functions like the Kirigakure Rebreather Mask which serves as one of the village's exclusive items. Rebreathing has countless benefits from poison gas immunity, filtering harmful contaminants (such as those Kotoshura nano-bombs), or preventing suffocation/drowning.

Balance aside, performing small-scale alchemy with Wind release and Ninjutsu would be inadequate. I would say Ijutsu would at least be a base requirement as well as upping the rank.
