Description: The user has the ability to manifest special red, glowing, malleable chakra, which, when on standby, floats in a chakram-like formation behind their back. This chakra in question has a natural durability and hardness equivalent to the user's Stamina. The amount of tools that can be created is three, plus one for every tier of Stamina above E-tier, maxing at eight tools at S-tier. These Tools can be created and altered at speeds equal to the User's Base Coordination, but keep in mind that this is not the manipulation speed. The tools are still controlled at speeds equal to the user's Base Coordination -1 tier.
