She did a quick hop backwards to give herself some distance, looking at the blue-eyed teen for a moment for her to confirm that she was indeed ready for Kagura to give it a try. Once that was there, she launched forward, falling out of the stance for Dance of the Heavens and trying the technique that she had just been shown. For the first time, she didn’t get it on the very first try, but didn’t even pause after her first three strikes were all too predictable, probably batted aside easily, and simply continued to press forward. The next three were not only randomly targeted, but still had strategic importance; one was aimed at the thigh, right where the main artery would be hiding under the flesh, the next near the heart, and the last right at the belly button… these strikes had all the right aspects of the style, and once she was solid on it, she took a large step backwards and lowered her blade and took a short breath, giving Akari a smile. “Got it… that one was harder, but I love a challenge.”
